| Please ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions of sale before purchasing tickets. Purchase indicates that you have done so, and no excuses will be made nor accepted. Also, all information about refunds or transfering of tickets will be found in the Terms and Conditions. Please note the following: Tickets MUST be purchased using your real name! Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment, we will email you your tickets with their reference number. On the day of the event please bring your printed ticket with you to the boat, along with your ID. Make sure that the ID you bring matches the name on your ticket – this saves time for everyone and ensures that you actually get on board!
